Our common excuse for not connecting with others is “I’m just so busy.” We may even be addicted to being busy. Or at the very least, our minds need to be busy. 28 WaysAlmost every day we hear someone say “I’m going to take it to the next level.”

Whether it’s a sports star, a coach, a business man or a politician, many of them will proclaim this “next level” idea.

Usually you can’t measure it, how do we know if we reached the next level? If I am in a building and I walk up the stairs then I took myself to the next level. But if I am called to give a little more effort or concentrate a little harder it’s difficult to calculate if I’ve been successful.
